He is a long-time member of the German Computer Law Society (DGRI) and member of its advisory board. Furthermore he is a staff member for the journal "COMPUTER UND RECHT" (Computer and Law) and a member of the advisory board of the DSRI as well as member of the German Association for Commercial Legal Protection and Copyright law (GRUR).
